PITTSBURGH NATIVE (HILL DISTRICT) - Ashley G. Woodson aka Brotha Ash started having events, parties and trips back in the early 90's and gained recognition for being community oriented. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Ashley G. Woodson grew up with the residents of Pittsburgh and considers them to be a member of his family. Performing since the age of five, Brotha Ash is best known for his hip-hop dance moves on stage in talent shows. He has family in Pittsburgh, went to school in Pittsburgh and knows a lot of people here in Pittsburgh and beyond.

In 2001, Brotha Ash took his vision to the next level by naming his company Brotha Ash Productions and having more events that honored legendary individuals in the community such as Mrs. Mary Harvey and Dot Talley. His company kept growing and expanding and in 2004 www.BrothaAshProductions.com was launched. At first the web site was launched to promote his events, but the community wanted to post their events and businesses on the web site too and the REST IS BLACK HISTORY. There are other community web sites in the 'Burgh, but BROTHA ASH PRODUCTIONS, LLC (www.BrothaAshProductions.com) is the only community web site with a REAL CONNECTION TO THE PITTSBURGH COMMUNITY AND BEYOND.

Overtime, Brotha Ash Productions, Award Winning Community Website, became a staple in Pittsburgh, surrounding areas and everywhere and is recognized as a part of the media in Pittsburgh.
