If the word determination was derived from an acronym, it would spell out CANARD TATES. For surely this young man's determination will be the bridge that leads him to fame and fortune. Born and raised in Sewickley, Pennsylvania (13 miles north of Pittsburgh), Canard, now in his thirties, has had a vision of becoming a fashion mogul since early grade school, when he would choose to carry two pair of tennis shoes to gym class so that he wouldn't have to wear the old beat-up pair all day.

His strong will and discipline (working out two hours a day before proceeding with his business ventures) has allowed him to come to realize his dream by initiating the steps to create his own fashion design, MICHAEL EDWARDS (Urban Classics), fatefully brought together by the middle name of his two sons, Dre'von Michael and Canard Edward.

"Fashion, Music, Modeling, Movies, Magazines etc" I like to meet people who enjoying talking about business, networking, and helping each other out! There is enough room in this world for all of us to make it! CEO: Canard Tates began dreaming of starting a clothing line in grade school. In junior high I was thrilled to get the first Sonny Crocket/Miami Vice Blazer, Sasson Watch, and the first pair of Air Jordons, and I have been hooked on fashion every since. About twenty years and a lot of hard work later my dream is being achieved in the form of Michael Edwards Inc., a company named after my two sons: Dre'von Michael and Canard Edward. Canard proves that you're never too young to take your dreams seriously.

Everyone dreams: for some, those dreams become goals-ambitions that must be achieved. A dream achieved is a classic, and Michael Edwards is that kind of dream.
