Guests will enjoy an evening featuring the official ribbon cutting, guided Phase II building tours, and the highly anticipated lighting of the iconic New Granada marquee as it shines once again over Centre Avenue for the first time in decades. This milestone is the result of years of vision, collaboration, and investment to restore the Historic New Granada. Today, it stands ready to begin its next chapter as a hub for culture, education, entertainment, technology, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity. As the Historic New Granada enters its next act, we invite you to be part of this unforgettable moment in the Hill District's history.

The evening’s celebration will continue after the cermony with a Hill District block party! Enjoy a live DJ, delicious eats from local favorites Grandma Joan's, Black Brew House, Mommalicious, Cobbler World, and more! Bring your own chair and settle in on Centre Avenue for an evening of food, music, and fellowship with neighbors, friends, and family. As guest enjoy the celebration, attention will be turned to the lighting of the historic New Granada marquee, where this landmark will illuminate the Hill District for the first time in decades.
